PropyBot offers a 14-day free trial with full access to all features — no credit card required. After the trial, choose the plan that fits your needs.

Plans

¹ Listing availability monitoring (automatic checks on kleinanzeigen.de, immowelt.de, etc.) is not part of any subscription plan. It is available by invitation only and can be activated on request. Contact us if you are interested.

Billing Details

• Billing cycle: Monthly, charged in advance on the same date each month.
• Currency: EUR. All prices include 19% VAT for customers in Germany. VAT for other EU countries may differ.
• Payment methods: Credit card, debit card, and other methods available through Stripe.
• Invoices: Automatically generated and sent to your account email. Always available for download under Profile → Billing.
• Upgrades: Take effect immediately. The price difference for the current period is charged pro-rata.
• Downgrades: Take effect at the start of the next billing period.
• Cancellation: Anytime, effective at the end of the current billing period. No notice period required. All features remain available until the period ends.
• Refunds: No refunds for partial months, except where required by mandatory law (see our Right of Withdrawal).
• Promotion codes: Can be applied during checkout. Terms are displayed before purchase.

Free Trial

• 14 days, full access to all features (equivalent to the Pro plan).
• No credit card required.
• No automatic charge when the trial ends — you choose a plan manually.
• If no plan is selected after the trial, access to plan-gated features is paused until you subscribe.
• Your data is retained — nothing is deleted when the trial expires.
