Acheros is committed to making the PropyBot service accessible to all users, including people with disabilities, in accordance with the German Accessibility Reinforcement Act (Barrierefreiheitsstärkungsgesetz, BFSG) and its ordinance BFSGV, which transpose EU Directive 2019/882 into national law.

This statement applies to the website www.propybot.com and the web-based application provided under this domain.

Compliance Status

This service is partially compliant with the requirements of the BFSG and the harmonized standard EN 301 549 V3.2.1 (2021-03), which incorporates the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1 Level AA), due to the non-compliances and exemptions listed below.

Non-Accessible Content

The content described below is not accessible or only partially accessible for the following reasons:

Non-compliance with BFSG

  • Interactive charts (amortization, value development): Financial charts on the property detail page are rendered via Plotly and currently do not expose all values to assistive technologies. As an alternative, the underlying numerical data is available in tabular form directly below each chart.
  • Rich-text editor (TinyMCE): The editor used for notes and descriptions is a third-party component whose keyboard navigation and screen reader support does not fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA in all configurations.
  • Color contrast: A full contrast audit has not yet been performed. Individual elements (e.g. secondary text on light backgrounds, some button states) may not reach the 4.5:1 contrast ratio required for WCAG AA.
  • Google Maps integration: The embedded map on property detail pages is a third-party service provided by Google; its accessibility is outside our control. Property addresses are additionally displayed as text.
  • PDF exports (expose): Generated PDF exposés are currently not tagged for accessibility. On request, we provide the same information as accessible HTML.

Disproportionate Burden

We have not claimed disproportionate burden exemptions at this time.

Content outside the scope of applicable legislation

The following content is outside the scope of the BFSG:

  • Archived or inactive content that is no longer updated.
  • Third-party content not funded, developed, or under our control (e.g. embedded third-party listings, external links).

We plan a formal external accessibility audit in the course of 2026 and will update this statement accordingly.

  • Review of keyboard navigation paths across all forms
